Have you been able to visit the Kansas City Plaza Lights? This tradition has been in Kansas City for many decades and is enjoyed by all ages. The lighting occurs on the evening of Thanksgiving, and can be viewed on most news stations if you are not able to enjoy it in person. The lights will continue to shine through mid-January. Pack your gloves and hot cocoa and plan an evening strolling the Plaza and enjoying the sights.
