So many excellent things to say. Where to start? First off, pain free fillings. I experienced no pain while drilling /filling or any procedures today. I called yesterday evening after hours and received a call back instantly this morning. This provider happily billed my insurance, United Concordia Tricare, for all my expenses and billing team took significant time to walk me through my plan/costs/fees etc. THANK YOU. They also got me in same day, same hour on a Friday for an urgent tooth concern. The provider and staff kindly adjusted their schedules to accommodate me. All were friendly, proficient, knowable and professional. I’ve scheduled my future dental appointments with this team and I’m so grateful. It’s been really hard to find care that is professional, organized, available and takes my insurance. Thank you so much for your help. I am happy to come back in a few months for my cleaning and annual exam. Dr Lee was amazing.

The staff are warm, welcoming, empathetic and accommodating. I do have some anxiety and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. I believe that after two years of being a patient here, my oral health has greatly improved.

Lee Plaza Dental is the only dentist I will go to. I have anxiety surrounding all things dental and haven't had great experiences in my past when visiting the dentist. Dr. Lee is very good at not making you feel judged by the condition of your teeth. It's not that she coddles you, not at all. She is straight forward, she doesn't linger on what you could have done, she gets down to what needs to happen moving forward. Most importantly, she listens to you! I just left a dentist who didn't listen to me, talked over me, and when I expressed that I was in pain, instead of saying sorry, or taking note of the sore area, he instead would say "what's wrong, I only slightly touched you"!!! I know I'm going to experience pain at the dentist, but that is the wrong response. All he had to do was acknowledge the fact that it hurt me. A nice Midwestern "oop" would have sufficed! Not the kind of care I'm looking for. I found out that Dr. Lee used to teach at the UMKC school of dentistry, and I feel like those skills show in her everyday work. Maybe that's why I felt comfortable with her from the beginning. She exudes knowledge, confidence, and kindness. I know this may be a lot for a review of a local dentist, but it really meant a lot to me, to be able to go to the dentist without dred and anxiety. Anyone who suffers the same knows exactly what I'm talking about. She at least acts like she understands, and treats you with respect. Even more convenient for me, she is located inside Saint Luke's hospital. I have frequent doctors visits so it's awesome that she's in the same building. I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you get anxious at the dentist office, or even if you don't. She is an excellent dentist and a kind person in general. I only hope that I'm still able to get an appointment after y'all figure out how awesome Dr. Lee is!!!

I struggle a lot with dental anxiety - both anxiety about teeth/gum/jaw health and then anxiety about going to the dentist and dental treatments. Lee Plaza Dental has been the perfect dentist for me. I have never felt judged. My concerns are taken seriously and with sincere empathy. Billing is clear and upfront before any interventions. The entire staff puts me at ease. They are willing to do whatever I need so that I feel comfortable and satisfied with my treatment and ongoing care. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee Plaza Dental.

I’m in my 60s and I’ve been going to Dentist in the multiple cities I’ve lived in over these years. And I have to be honest here. This is the only Dennis I have ever been to where I actually look forward to seeing the team. They’ve got all the latest equipment The staff is terrific And it’s easily accessible with parking, etc. highly recommended

best dentist’s office ever!!! everyone is always nice and welcoming: the front desk, hygienists, Dr. Lee, AND scheduling. they are judgment-free and walk you through everything they do so you feel completely comfortable. they never suggest services i don’t need or talk down to me. i can’t remember the hygienist’s name who does my cleanings unfortunately, but she’s the coolest. Dr Lee is also very efficient & competent. the parking is free, but the only thing is that finding the suite can be confusing your first time at the building. i also am not sure how the prices compare bc i have insurance. can’t recommend this place enough though, esp. if you have anxiety from negative past dental experiences. i actually look forward to coming instead of dreading it!
